You can easily register with us to earn a bonus on your purchase.
5% of the purchase amount will be saved to your member profile for every transaction you register.

You register or log in using the box integrated on each product page.

You will then be taken to "my page" where you have a complete overview of your profile, earned bonus, and previous purchases. NB! It is important that you log in before each purchase to receive a bonus on your order.

1. Log in to the "box" integrated on each product page
2. Check available bonus. Enter the desired amount and click "use bonus"
3. The selected bonus amount will automatically be deducted from your purchase total at checkout

When will my bonus be available?

Online store:
Bonus becomes available once the order has been shipped

Physical store:
Bonus becomes available the following day

How long is my bonus valid for?

The bonus is valid until the end of the following calendar year.
E.g.: if you earn a bonus on a purchase in February 2025, this bonus will be valid until 31.12.2026

Can I use my bonus in both physical stores and the online store?

Yes, you can!

What happens to my bonus when I return an item?

The bonus will be reinstated and credited back to your bonus account upon return. Please contact us if you encounter any problems!

Can I retroactively register a bonus on my purchase?

If you are already a member for bonus earning but forget to register your bonus at the time of purchase, we can of course help you to retroactively register it. Please contact us at webshop@riccovero.no and we will assist you. We can retroactively register purchases made up to 30 days ago.
