According to the Consumer Purchases Act, you have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days after receiving your order. For in-store pickup, the right of withdrawal begins 5 working days after the order is registered and you are notified that the package is ready for pickup. The right of withdrawal applies even if the items are on sale. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the item must be unused, the tags must be on, and the item must be free of odors or stains. The item must be returned in its original packaging. You can use the enclosed withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

For returns, please fill out the return form included with your order and return it with the item(s). Included with your order is a pre-filled return label that you should clearly affix to the outside of the return package. Deliver the return package to your nearest Postnord drop-off point.

Exchanging items is free of charge with us.
Returns of items will be charged a return fee of NOK 59,-

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product of the same or lower price, please contact us at webshop@riccovero.no. If you want to exchange for a more expensive item, you must place a new order yourself. You can contact us so that you are not charged a return fee when we receive your return. It is important that exchanges are clarified with us by email so that we can confirm that the desired product, color, or size is available in stock.

You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as we have processed your return.

NB! If you choose a different shipping method and/or do not use
the enclosed return label, you must cover the entire return cost yourself.
