Send an email to webshop@riccovero.no with your order number and what you wish to exchange it for, and we will help you further.

According to the Consumer Purchases Act, you have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days after receiving your order. For in-store pickup, the right of withdrawal begins 5 working days after the order is registered and you are notified that the package is ready for pickup. The right of withdrawal applies even if the items are on sale. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the item must be unused, the tags must be on, and the item must be free of odors or stains. The item must be returned in its original packaging. You can use the enclosed withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

When returning, please fill out the enclosed return form for your order and return it together with the item(s). Please contact us on webshop@riccovero.no to receive a return label that you should attach clearly visible to the outside of the return package. Deliver the return package to your nearest DHL delivery point.

Exchanging items is free of charge with us.
Returns of items will be charged a return fee of NOK 100,-

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product, you must place a new order yourself, but you can contact us at webshop@riccovero.no so that you are not charged a return fee when we receive your return. It is important that exchanges are clarified with us by email so that we can confirm that the desired product, color, or size is available in stock.

You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as we have processed your return.

NB! If you choose a different shipping method and/or do not use
the return label, you must cover the entire return cost yourself.
