Payment

Our online store prices are stated in NOK including VAT.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent/guardian to place an order with us.

We use Dintero as our payment partner. As a customer, you can easily choose between card, Vipps, and invoice payment - and also have the option to pay in installments after the purchase. We use 3D Secure, which is a security standard created by VISA and Mastercard for online payments. The transfer takes place with secure SSL encryption. This means that no unauthorized person can see your card details when they are sent from the online store to the payment provider. Shopping with us is 100% safe.

You have three payment options when shopping with us: Payment with Visa / Mastercard, Vipps, and invoice payment.
When paying by card, the amount is reserved on your payment card until your order is dispatched from us.

Klarna Invoice

Klarna Bank AB (publ) is a Swedish banking company headquartered in Stockholm. Klarna Bank AB (publ) is a bank supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen). Klarna was founded in 2005 and is now the world's largest provider of Pay Later services. Klarna is currently available in 19 different countries and has held an EU banking license since 2017. With Klarna, you can choose the payment plan that suits you best. The option to pay by invoice is subject to a satisfactory credit check. If you provide an incorrect email address and do not receive the invoice by email, you are solely responsible for covering any fees incurred due to this error.

You can choose to pay the full amount at once or split the payment into smaller parts. Please note that if you are returning goods and see that your invoice's due date is approaching, you must log in to My Account and extend the payment deadline. Delivery Methods

Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside mainland Norway.
You have three delivery options in our online store:

Package to pickup point - Postnord
Postnord sends the package with tracking to your nearest post office.
You will receive an SMS and/or email when the shipment has arrived at the post office.
Shipping cost is:
59,- if your order is under 1000,-
Free shipping for orders over 1000,-

MyPack Home - Postnord
Postnord sends the package with tracking directly to your home address.
Delivery is notified via SMS so that the recipient knows when the package is ready.
Shipping cost is:
79,- if your order is under 1000,-
39,- if your order is over 1000,-

Pick up package in store
You can pick up your order free of charge in one of our stores. You will then receive an email with a pickup code which you provide at the checkout when you collect your package. Please note that you cannot pick up your order until you have received confirmation that the package is ready for collection. For in-store pickup, the right of withdrawal starts 5 working days after the order is registered and you are notified that the package is ready for collection. NB! Only the person who placed the order can pick it up - and identification must be shown.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is normally 1-4 business days after the package has been dispatched from us. During periods of high demand, delivery time may be somewhat longer. If you have not received your package within 12 days, you as the customer are responsible for contacting us. After one month, the item is considered delivered.

You are responsible for providing the correct email and phone number when ordering. Please note that emails may end up in the spam filter, so it may be wise to check your junk mail.

Complaints

If there is a defect with the item, you have the right to complain for 2 years from the date you received the item. This assumes that you notify us within a reasonable time and that you present a receipt and/or order number confirming that the item was purchased from us. The right to complain lapses if the product has been abnormally heavily used or washed incorrectly. For complaints, please email us at webshop@riccovero.no so that we can send you a complaint form. We cover return costs for complaints.
