RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Consumer Purchases Act, you have a full 14-day right of withdrawal after you have received your order. For in-store pick-up, the right of withdrawal begins 5 business days after the order is registered and you are notified that the package is ready for pick-up. The right of withdrawal applies even if the items are on sale. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the item must be unused, the tags must be on, and the item must be free of odors or stains. The item must be returned in its original packaging. You can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

For returns, please fill out the attached return form for your order and return it with the item(s). Included with your order, you will find a pre-filled return label that you should attach clearly visible on the outside of the return package. Deliver the return package to the nearest Postnord drop-off point.

If you use the pre-filled return label included with your package, RICCOVERO will cover the shipping cost of your return. With us, it is free to exchange items, but the return fee is NOK 59 for returns without an exchange.

You will not be charged for postage for complaints or size exchanges, provided we have the desired size in stock. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we have processed your return. Please note that return processing can take up to 10 days.

NB! If you choose a different shipping method and/or do not use
the attached return label, you must cover the entire return cost yourself.
